Full Bathroom Renovations Across Sydney
Getting a bathroom renovation right takes careful planning and coordination at every stage. From waterproofing and plumbing to tiling and finishing touches, every part of the job needs to come together properly. That’s why we manage the entire process, from the initial consultation and design through to demolition, construction and handover.
You’ll have one main point of contact from start to finish. We carry out the carpentry ourselves and coordinate licensed trades for the plumbing, electrical and waterproofing work. We also meet with you on site each week, so you always know where things are up to.

Planning Your Sydney Bathroom Renovation
Every bathroom renovation starts with understanding your space, your priorities and your budget. We guide you through the planning process so the scope of work, design and costs are clear before construction begins.
Consultation: We visit your home to assess the existing bathroom and discuss your preferred style, layout and budget. We also identify potential issues, such as drainage changes, previous water damage and approval requirements.
Proposal: Within about a week, we provide a detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work, inclusions, exclusions, fixture allowances and provisional sums. This helps you understand the proposed costs and compare quotes on a like-for-like basis.
Design and drawings: Once you decide to proceed, our in-house designer prepares floor plans, elevations and 3D concepts. These help you visualise the layout and finalise key design choices before work begins.
Approvals: We’ll help clarify which approvals may apply to your renovation, including council requirements for certain building work and strata approval for apartments.

Bathroom Renovation Construction
We manage the renovation from demolition through to installation and handover. Our team handles the carpentry, while licensed trades carry out the plumbing, electrical and other specialist work.
A typical renovation includes demolition and waste removal, wall and floor preparation, plumbing and electrical work, waterproofing, tiling, fixture installation and final cleaning.
Most bathroom renovations take around 3 to 6 weeks on site, depending on the bathroom’s size, the scope of work and product lead times. Where possible, we arrange measurements and orders for custom items early to help minimise delays.
Waterproofing and compliance: We coordinate waterproofing to meet applicable Australian requirements, including AS 3740. Plumbing and electrical work is completed by appropriately licensed trades, with relevant compliance documentation provided at handover. For apartments, we pay particular attention to waterproofing and drainage to help reduce the risk of leaks affecting neighbouring units.
Choosing your fixtures: We can help you select tiles, tapware and bathroom fittings through preferred suppliers such as Reece and Beaumont Tiles. Trade pricing may be available on selected products, and showroom appointments can help you compare options. You’re also welcome to supply your own products, including vanities, shower screens, toilets, baths, mirrors, basins and accessories.
Bathroom Renovation Costs in Sydney
Full bathroom renovations with us start from around $21,000. Where your project lands depends on a few things:
Size: a larger room means more tiling, waterproofing and labour.
Layout changes: keeping the shower, toilet and vanity where they are costs less than moving drainage.
Your selections: tiles, tapware, vanities and shower screens vary widely in price.
Custom features: niches, built-in storage, stone tops and floor-to-ceiling tiles all add to the cost.
Access: apartments may involve lift bookings, strata rules and set work hours.
What’s behind the walls: rot, old leaks or uneven floors sometimes only show up after demolition.
If you’re comparing quotes, look closely at what each one covers. A lower price can leave out details such as rubbish removal, the shower screen or realistic allowances for fixtures. We’re happy to go through our proposal with you line by line, so you know exactly what’s included before you decide.

We visit your home, look at the space and email you a detailed proposal about a week later.

No. Once demolition starts, the bathroom is out of use until the job is finished. If it’s your only bathroom, we’ll talk through options with you during planning.
