3D concept planning
Once your selections are underway, we’ll develop the design documentation required for your project. Where a 3D concept is included in the agreed scope, we’ll use it to help visualise the proposed space and finalise the design before construction begins.
Item review
We will work with you to review the items you have chosen to make sure they suit your space & provide you with tile quantities.
On-site measurements
We will conduct a thorough check and measurement of your space to ensure everything aligns perfectly. This is also the stage where you’ll sign off on your plan, confirming that we’re ready to move forward.
Commencement of on-site work
Once planning is complete, we’ll provide an indicative start date, project schedule and final scope of work. On-site construction may take around 2–8 weeks for many smaller or moderately sized projects, while larger or more complex apartment renovations may take several months. Your project manager will keep you updated throughout the work.
Renovation Completion
